If you look at the plethora of toppings, the chefs throwing dough, and the stack of hot ovens, Galactic Pizza in Minneapolis, Minnesota, looks like any other pizza restaurant. Then a costumed superhero runs in, picks up some pizza boxes, and zips off in his electric delivery pod. Certainly, something special is happening here.
In this video, G Word Correspondent Becky Baeling visits Galactic Pizza to find out more. After talking to owner Pete Bonahoom she discovers that the restaurant was built on a foundation of responsible green ideas including a dedication to using locally produced ingredients and zero emission delivery vehicles.
