Halloween Haunted House
Yield: Makes 1 house
Empty milk cartons are the secret to making this rickety house a spooky success. Let your guests devour the windows, doors and even the resident ghost–if they dare!
Ingredients:
1
container (16 ounces) chocolate fudge frosting
Pretzel sticks, nuts, fudge-coated graham crackers, black licorice twists, black jelly beans, sugar wafers, candy corn, dried papaya, rice crackers and other assorted candies
2
empty 1-quart milk cartons, rinsed and dried
1
(13X11-inch) cake board, covered, or large tray
Preparation:
1.
Tape each milk carton closed at top. Tape milk cartons together to make house; wrap with foil. Attach securely to covered cake board with tape.
2.
Frost cartons with chocolate frosting; decorate using frosting to attach decorations.
