It is that time of year where everyone is either making resolutions or making lists of resolutions for everyone else, usually involving giving something up or getting more exercise. Thus, it is a pleasure to see behavior expert Mark Stibich's list of 10 fun ways to live longer and get healthier. He suggests such difficult chores as drinking red wine (we recommend organic) and eating dark chocolate, preferably fair trade, organic, of course.
Other fine ideas include relaxing, having more sex, sleeping better, and being more positive. Sounds like a plan.
