Heirloom, Mozzarella, and Fresh Pesto Stacks

INGREDIENTS
| 2 large | heirloom tomatoes |
| 4 small | balls fresh mozzarella |
| ¼ cup | fresh pesto |
| Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sea salt to taste. | |
PREPARATION:
- Slice the tomatoes into 1 ½ inch thick slices.
- Slice the mozzarella in similar sized slices.
- Start with a slice of tomato, a slice of mozzarella, and a thick slather of pesto. Stack two more rounds on top and finish with a slather of pesto.
- Dress with a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic, and a pinch of sea salt.
