Herbed Yogurt Dip with Vegetables

INGREDIENTS

2 cups plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt
3 tablespoons green onion slices
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 stalks celery, cut into 10 sticks
1/2 medium cucumber, cut into 10 sticks

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine yogurt, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with celery and cucumber sticks.
