INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups plain fat-free or low-fat yogurt |
| 3 | tablespoons green onion slices |
| 1 | tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dried Italian seasoning |
| 1/4 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 3 | stalks celery, cut into 10 sticks |
| 1/2 | medium cucumber, cut into 10 sticks |
PREPARATION:
- Combine yogurt, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning and garlic powder in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with celery and cucumber sticks.
