INGREDIENTS

| salt | |
| black pepper | |
| white pepper | |
| cayenne | |
| sugar | |
| worcestershire powder | |
| brisket |
PREPARATION:
- Trim, salt & apply rub. Let sit for 1/2 hour.
- Cook fat side down at 350 over direct heat for 1/2 hour. Flip and cook for another 1/2 hour.
- Separate point from flat and wrap both. Cook 3-4 hours over indirect heat.
