Ingredients

frog legs
fettuccini
olive oil
white wine
garlic
clarified butter
cayenne
coriander
garlic
salt
ground fenugreek

Preparation

  1. Separate frog legs, then french the bones to create lollipop style legs.
  2. Cook in scampi sauce until int. temp of 170 degrees.
  3. Remove legs from sauce, place directly on grill until int. temp of 190. Sprinkle with seasoning.
  4. Cook pasta. Add oil and seasoning for flavor.
  5. Lay frog legs over pasta and serve.
