Holiday Appetizer Puffs

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed (half of 17-1/4-ounce package) |
| 2 | tablespoons olive or vegetable oil |
| Toppings: grated Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried dill weed, dried basil, paprika, drained capers or pimiento-stuffed green olive slices | |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pastry on lightly floured surface into 13-inch square. Cut out shapes with cookie cutters. (Simple shapes work best.) Place on ungreased baking sheets. Brush cutouts lightly with oil; sprinkle with desired topping.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature.
