Makes 4 servings
|1||box (4-serving size) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix|
|2||cups cold fat-free (skim) milk|
|4||sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed|
|8||tablespoons thawed frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping|
|4||teaspoons multi-colored sprinkles|
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using 2 cups milk.
- Layer half of pudding in 4 parfait glasses or clear plastic cups. Spread 1 tablespoon whipped topping over pudding in each glass. Sprinkle with 1/2 of crushed cookies. Layer remaining pudding over top of cookies. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, cookies and sprinkles.
