Holiday Chocolate Parfaits

Bring in the holiday with delicious cookies. Check out these tips for making Christmas cookies.
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | box (4-serving size) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix |
| 2 | cups cold fat-free (skim) milk |
| 4 | sugar-free chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed |
| 8 | tablespoons thawed frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping |
| 4 | teaspoons multi-colored sprinkles |
PREPARATION:
- Prepare pudding according to package directions using 2 cups milk.
- Layer half of pudding in 4 parfait glasses or clear plastic cups. Spread 1 tablespoon whipped topping over pudding in each glass. Sprinkle with 1/2 of crushed cookies. Layer remaining pudding over top of cookies. Garnish with remaining whipped topping, cookies and sprinkles.
