Hot Fudge Waffle Sundae
YIELD Makes 4 servings (3 mini-waffles each)

INGREDIENTS
| 12 | frozen mini-waffles |
| 2 | tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free hot fudge topping |
| 3/4 | cup reduced-fat Neapolitan ice cream |
| 4 | tablespoons aerosol light whipped cream |
| Colored sprinkles (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
- Heat waffles in toaster until lightly browned. Heat hot fudge topping in microwave according to package directions.
- Arrange three waffles on each of four serving plates. Top with 1 tablespoon of each ice cream flavor. Evenly drizzle hot fudge topping over top; garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.
