Hot Fudge Waffle Sundae
Yield: Makes 4 servings (3 mini-waffles each)
Ingredients:

frozen mini-waffles

tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free hot fudge topping
3/4
cup reduced-fat Neapolitan ice cream

tablespoons aerosol light whipped cream
Colored sprinkles (optional)
Preparation:

Heat waffles in toaster until lightly browned. Heat hot fudge topping in microwave according to package directions.

Arrange three waffles on each of four serving plates. Top with 1 tablespoon of each ice cream flavor. Evenly drizzle hot fudge topping over top; garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.
