Ingredients:

tablespoons low-sodium tomato paste

1/2
cup vegetable stock or water

1/2
cup chopped tomato

1
teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

Hot pepper sauce to taste



 
Preparation:
1.
Blend all ingredients in small saucepan and cook over low heat until just simmering. Remove from heat and serve with meatballs.
