INGREDIENTS
| 2 oz | local watermelon puree |
| 2 oz | Purus vodka |
| 1 oz | organic champagne |
| 1 tsp | mint, finely diced |
| 1 cup | ice |
PREPARATION:
Directions
- Add the watermelon puree, vodka, mint, and ice into a shaker.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour in martini glass (without ice).
- Top off with champagne.
