I love a juicy steak, and I'm not ashamed to admit it.

Sure, I've definitely reduced my meat intake in a nod to planet power, but I'll never be meat-free. (Sorry PETA, Paul McCartney and Wilbur, the pig).

My next focus is upgrading the quality of meat I buy: the healthier the original food source, the bigger boon to caring carnivores and the big blue marble.
