Ingredients:

cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
1/2
cup cream
1
tablespoon light chocolate syrup
2
packets no-calorie sweetener (or 2 tablespoons sucralose-based sugar substitute)
Ice cubes
Preparation:

Combine first 4 ingredients in large blender container. Add the equivalent amount of ice (about 1-1/2 cups; ice should not stick up above surface of liquid in blender). Blend on high speed until smooth, pulsing as necessary to break up all the ice. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
Tip:
Substitute 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, almond extract or 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon for chocolate syrup for a different tasty treat.
