Individual Turkey Loaves with Quick Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:
Quick Barbecue Sauce (recipe follows)

pound 93% fat-free ground turkey

1/2
cup cholesterol-free egg substitute

2
cups crushed bran flakes cereal (4 cups uncrushed)

1/4
cup chopped onion

1/4
cup chopped celery

1/4
cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4
cup chopped red bell pepper

1/2
teaspoon dry mustard

1/2
teaspoon black pepper



Preparation:
1.
Prepare Quick Barbecue Sauce; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine turkey and egg substitute in large bowl. Add bran flakes, onion, celery, bell peppers, dry mustard and black pepper; mix well. Turn out onto waxed paper. Divide into six portions. Shape into 1-inch-thick round or square patties.

3.
Place patties about 1 inch apart in 13X9-inch baking pan. Spread 1 tablespoon Quick Barbecue Sauce on each patty.

4.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center. Serve with remaining sauce.
