Individual Turkey Loaves with Quick Barbecue Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| Quick Barbecue Sauce (recipe) | |
| 1 | pound 93% fat-free ground turkey |
| 1/2 | cup cholesterol-free egg substitute |
| 2 | cups crushed bran flakes cereal (4 cups uncrushed) |
| 1/4 | cup chopped onion |
| 1/4 | cup chopped celery |
| 1/4 | cup chopped green bell pepper |
| 1/4 | cup chopped red bell pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon dry mustard |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Prepare Quick Barbecue Sauce; set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine turkey and egg substitute in large bowl. Add bran flakes, onion, celery, bell peppers, dry mustard and black pepper; mix well. Turn out onto waxed paper. Divide into six portions. Shape into 1-inch-thick round or square patties.
- Place patties about 1 inch apart in 13X9-inch baking pan. Spread 1 tablespoon Quick Barbecue Sauce on each patty.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is no longer pink in center. Serve with remaining sauce.
