Israeli Barbecue Chicken

8 pieces chicken (whichever parts you like)
2 tablespoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5 cloves garlic (diced finely)
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Mix all together; marinate for 1-2 hours, then barbecue (or can bake in oven).
  2. I like to serve with chopped tomato and cucumber, with a dash of salt, and grilled tortillas.
