INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup frozen vegetable blend (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), thawed |
| 3/4 | cup chunky garden-style spaghetti sauce |
| 1/4 | teaspoon Italian herb blend |
| 1 | cup cooked brown rice |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | |
PREPARATION:
- Combine vegetables, spaghetti sauce and seasoning in 1-quart microwavable bowl. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through; stir.
- Microwave rice at HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through. Top with vegetable mixture and cheese.
