Italian Sausage with Pesto Pasta

INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | cup packed basil leaves |
| 1/4 | cup plus 2 tablespoons walnuts, toasted, divided |
| 2 | cloves garlic, peeled |
| 1/4 | cup grated Parmesan cheese |
| 5 | tablespoons olive oil |
| 1 | package (12 ounces) uncooked linguine |
| 1 | pound cooked Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices |
| 2 | cups broccoli florets |
PREPARATION:
- Combine basil, 1/4 cup walnuts and garlic in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Add cheese. With machine running, pour oil through feed tube and process until ingredients are well blended; set aside.
- Prepare pasta according to package directions. During last 2 minutes of cooking, add sausage and broccoli to pasta; drain.
- Combine pasta mixture with pesto and garnish with remaining 2 tablespoons walnuts. Serve immediately.
