Emeril's Jared Southwest Chicken

YIELD 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

4 large split, boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Jared's Southwest Rub
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce

PREPARATION:

Method

  1. Preheat a grill to medium high.
  2. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with Jared?s Rub and salt and pepper to taste. Place on the grill for 8 minutes, then flip. After another 8 minutes, drizzle with the barbecue sauce. Cook an additional 3 minutes, remove from the grill and serve.
