Emeril's Jared Southwest Chicken
YIELD 8 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 4 | large split, boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
| 1/2 cup | Jared's Southwest Rub |
| Salt and Pepper to taste | |
| 1 cup | of your favorite barbecue sauce |
PREPARATION:
Method
- Preheat a grill to medium high.
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with Jared?s Rub and salt and pepper to taste. Place on the grill for 8 minutes, then flip. After another 8 minutes, drizzle with the barbecue sauce. Cook an additional 3 minutes, remove from the grill and serve.
