INGREDIENTS
| 1 | (13-ounce) jicama, peeled and cut into short thin strips (about 4 cups) |
| 2 | large navel oranges, peeled and cut into sections |
| 1 | small red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1/2 | cup lime juice |
| 1/3 | cup sugar |
| 1 | jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced or 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon orange zest |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all the ingredients in medium mixing bowl; mix well. Let stand 10 minutes before serving, stirring occasionally.
