INGREDIENTS
| 6 | Ripe avocados, peeled & seeded |
| 1/2 | cup chopped onion |
| 1 | large tomato, chopped |
| 1 | small bunch fresh, chopped, cilantro |
| Juice of 1 lime | |
| salt, black pepper, tobasco sauce to taste | |
PREPARATION:
- In a large mixing bowl, mash avocados.
- Fold in remaining ingredients (except salt, pepper & tobasco).
- Add salt, pepper & tobasco to taste.
- Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
