Ingredients

chicken
garlic
thyme
rosemary
crushed red pepper
lemon juice
butter
salt
brown sugar
onion
garlic
smoked paprika
cayenne
black pepper
chipotle

Preparation

  1. Debone chicken except for wings and legs. Soak in marinade for 30 minutes. Apply rub.
  2. Cook for 45 minutes, shifting between direct and indirect heat. Use butter compound for moisture.
  3. Cook until an internal temperature of 170-175 is reached.
