Shad Kirton & A Boy & His BBQ Collard Greens

mustard greens
Swiss chard
diced bacon
red onion
ham hock
turkey stock
salt & pepper


  1. Lightly brown bacon, sauté onions.
  2. Add stock, ham hock & greens. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add sugar & honey. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer until tender.
