Kiwifruit Angel Shortcake

INGREDIENTS
| 4 | kiwifruit |
| 2 | tablespoons honey |
| 1 | teaspoon grated orange peel |
| 1 | cup lemon nonfat yogurt |
| 1/2 | cup thawed frozen reduced-fat nondairy whipped topping |
| 4 | slices angel food cake, cut 1 inch thick |
PREPARATION:
- Peel kiwifruit; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Combine kiwifruit, honey and orange peel; set aside. Combine yogurt and whipped topping until well blended. Place angel food cake on 4 dessert plates; top each slice with yogurt mixture and kiwifruit mixture. Serve immediately.
