Layered Mexican Dip the Editors of Publications International, Ltd.
Prep time 10 minutes plus refrigerating
Makes 10 servings
|1||package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened|
|1||tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix|
|1||cup canned black beans|
|1||cup shredded lettuce|
|1||cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese|
|1/2||cup chopped green onions|
|2||tablespoons sliced pitted ripe olives|
- Combine cream cheese and seasoning mix in small bowl. Spread on bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- Layer remaining ingredients over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with tortilla chips.
