Not only do Brussels sprouts look like miniature cabbages, they have similar nutritional values as well as lots of fiber and vitamin C.
Ingredients:

package (10 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts
1
tablespoon water
1/2
teaspoon lemon juice
1/4
teaspoon grated lemon peel
Dash black pepper
Dash ground thyme
Preparation:

Combine brussels sprouts, water, lemon juice and lemon peel in 1-quart microwavable casserole; cover. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir to break apart; cover. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until brussels sprouts are tender. Drain; sprinkle with pepper and thyme.
