Lemon Brussels Sprouts

Not only do Brussels sprouts look like miniature cabbages, they have similar nutritional values as well as lots of fiber and vitamin C.
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | package (10 ounces) frozen brussels sprouts |
| 1 | tablespoon water |
| 1/2 | teaspoon lemon juice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon grated lemon peel |
| Dash black pepper | |
| Dash ground thyme | |
PREPARATION:
Microwave Directions
- Combine brussels sprouts, water, lemon juice and lemon peel in 1-quart microwavable casserole; cover. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir to break apart; cover. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until brussels sprouts are tender. Drain; sprinkle with pepper and thyme.
