Lemony Cabbage Slaw with Curry
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:

cups shredded green or white cabbage

tablespoons chopped green bell pepper

tablespoons chopped red bell pepper

1
green onion, thinly sliced

tablespoons cider vinegar

tablespoon lemon juice

1
tablespoon sugar

1
teaspoon curry powder

1/2
teaspoon salt

1/2
teaspoon celery seeds

Green and red bell pepper rings for garnish



 
Preparation:
1.
Mix cabbage, bell peppers and green onion in large bowl. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, curry powder, salt and celery seeds in small bowl. Pour over cabbage mixture; mix well.

Refrigerate, covered, at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Garnish with bell pepper rings.
