INGREDIENTS
| 3 | tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley |
| 3 | tablespoons plain low-fat yogurt |
| 3 | tablespoons orange juice |
| 2 | tablespoons lime juice |
| 2 | tablespoons white wine vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons water |
| 1 | tablespoon sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon chili powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon onion powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cumin |
PREPARATION:
- In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use; shake before using.
