Linguine with Spinach, Beans and Ham

Tender linguine tossed with spinach, white beans, tomatoes and ham
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | can (15 oz ea) small white or garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed |
| 1 | can (14.5 oz each) chicken broth |
| 1/4 | Cup shredded Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | can (14.5 oz ea) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic, undrained |
| 1/4 | Cup Hunt's® Tomato Paste |
| 3 | *serving PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray |
| 1 | pkg (12 oz each) dry linguine pasta, uncooked |
| 4 | Ounce fully cooked lean ham, cut into thin strips |
| 1/4 | Teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | Teaspoon ground black pepper |
| 2 | pkg (6 oz ea) fresh spinach leaves |
PREPARATION:
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute. Spray with cooking spray. Add spinach; cook 2-3 minutes, or until spinach is wilted, stirring frequently.
- Add beans, tomatoes with their liquid, the broth, ham, paste, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta; add to skillet. Toss; top with Parmesan cheese.
