Ingredients:

cup diced peeled Granny Smith apple (about 1 medium apple)

teaspoons lemon juice

cups diced celery

3/4
cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce

tablespoons chopped walnuts

tablespoon raisins

tablespoons reduced-fat or regular mayonnaise



 
Preparation:
1.
Place apple in medium bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice to keep from discoloring. Add celery, lettuce, walnuts and raisins; stir. Stir in mayonnaise until all ingredients are evenly coated. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
