Mac and Cheese Toss
Makes 4 servings
|8||ounces oven baked deli ham, diced|
|4||cups prepared deli macaroni and cheese (1 quart)|
|1/2||cup frozen green peas, thawed|
|1/4||cup milk or cream|
- Combine all ingredients in microwavable 2-quart casserole. Toss gently yet thoroughly to blend. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 minute more or until heated through.
To thaw peas quickly, place peas in a small colander and run under cold water 15 to 20 seconds or until thawed. Shake off liquid.
