Mac and Cheese Toss
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

ounces oven baked deli ham, diced
4
cups prepared deli macaroni and cheese (1 quart)
1/2
cup frozen green peas, thawed
1/4
cup milk or cream
Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients in microwavable 2-quart casserole. Toss gently yet thoroughly to blend. Cover with plastic wrap.
2.
Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 minute more or until heated through.
Note:
To thaw peas quickly, place peas in a small colander and run under cold water 15 to 20 seconds or until thawed. Shake off liquid.
