Raymond and Nicole’s Mango Salsa and Plantain Chips

|3||Cloves of Garlic|
|1/4||Unripe (hard) mango|
|1/4||cup Fresh Cilantro|
|2||ounces Fresh Pineapple|
|1||teaspoon Kosher Salt|
|Half of a Lime to squeeze on top when plating|
|1||tablespoon Garlic Powder|
|1||tablespoon Onion Powder|
|1||tablespoon Chipotle Seasoning|
|1/2||tablespoon Kosher Salt|
- Dice all the ingredients and stir the mixture.
- Refrigerate this mixture for at least one hour to allow all the flavors to incorporate well.
- Slice the plantains into chips (fairly thin, about ¼ thick). Fry the chips. Add seasonings to taste.
