Mangoes and Sweet Cream

Ingredients:

cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
2
ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1
ripe medium mango, peeled, pitted and diced or 1 cup diced peaches
Preparation:

Beat yogurt, cream cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Fold in mangoes.
2.
Spoon mixture into two dessert dishes.
