Maple-Cranberry Pork Chop

INGREDIENTS
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 4 | well-trimmed center cut pork chops (1/2 inch thick) |
| 1 | cup dry red wine or apple juice |
| 1/2 | cup dried cranberries |
| 1/2 | cup pure maple syrup or maple-flavored syrup |
| 1 | tablespoon cold water |
| 2 | teaspoons cornstarch |
PREPARATION:
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or just until browned and pork is no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Add wine, cranberries and syrup to skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes.
- Combine water and cornstarch in small bowl; stir until smooth. Add cornstarch mixture to skillet; cook and stir about 1 minute or until thickened and clear. Reduce heat to medium. Return pork chops to skillet; spoon sauce over chops. Simmer 1 minute.
