According to the Daily Nexus, as of Monday, March 1, the UCSB residential dining commons began endorsing the Meatless Monday campaign. The school removed meat from one of the cafeterias and beef from all three cafeterias in support of the movement. The school is committed to the sustainability of the dining commons and the health of the school's community.
