Diced tomatoes and balsamic vinegar team up to make a tangy salad dressing for tossed salad greens

8 servings (1 salad each)


1/4 Cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, undrained
3 Tablespoon chopped ripe olives
1/4 Cup chopped green onions
1 bag (10 oz each) mixed salad greens
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar


  1. Mix undrained tomatoes and vinegar in large bowl until combined.
  2. Add salad greens; toss to coat. Divide evenly among 8 salad plates.
  3. Top with the olives, onions and cheese.
