Mediterranean Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | pound fresh green beans |
| 1 | can (12 ounces) tuna, drained, separated into chunks |
| 2 | tablespoons capers (optional) |
| 1 | (15-ounce) can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained |
| 1 | large tomato, chopped |
| 12 | ripe Greek olives |
| Chopped fresh chives (optional) | |
| Prepared Italian Dressing | |
PREPARATION:
- Cook green beans in slightly salted boiling water 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse with cold water; drain.
- Place tuna in center of serving platter; sprinkle with capers.
- Arrange Great Northern beans, tomatoes and olives around tuna; surround with green beans. Sprinkle with chives. Serve with dressing.
