John Fernandez-Melone & Bare Bones BBQ's Crown Roast

Crown roast pork
Mystery injection
Triple mustard slather
Myron Mixons' rub
Corn bread
Pablano peppers


  1. Trim away fat, connected tissue and silver skin.
  2. Inject then tie roast together in a circle.
  3. Apply triple mustard slather followed by lightly seasoning with rub.
  4. Cook hot and fast at 450 degrees for 2 hours until internal temp is 155 degrees.
