TLC Mealtime Traditions

As hectic as life is these days, sometimes the dinner table is the only place where families can sit down together and talk for a few minutes. Dinnertime is a little bit different in every home, but just about every family has established its own mealtime traditions and rituals, whether it's serving up grandma's Sunday meatloaf or mom's homemade Thanksgiving stuffing recipe, or simply baking sugar cookies together for the holidays.

We've asked three of TLC's families to share their favorite mealtime traditions. These traditions run the gamut from regular weekly meals to holiday treats. Some of them have been passed down for generations, while others are original. One TLC family even shared a recipe that might find its way into your own family's mealtime favorites.
