Mexican Coffee with Chocolate and Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS
| 6 | cups water |
| 1/2 | cup ground dark roast coffee |
| 2 | cinnamon sticks |
| 1 | cup half-and-half |
| 1/3 | cup chocolate syrup |
| 1/4 | cup packed dark brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1 | cup whipping cream |
| 1/4 | cup powdered sugar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| Ground cinnamon | |
PREPARATION:
- Place water in drip coffee maker. Place coffee and cinnamon sticks in coffee filter. Combine half-and-half, chocolate syrup, brown sugar and vanilla in coffee pot. Place coffee pot with cream mixture in coffee maker. Brew coffee; coffee will drip into chocolate cream mixture.
- Meanwhile, place whipping cream into medium bowl; beat with electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Pour coffee into individual coffee cups; top with dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
