Mexican Sour Cream Topping

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles, reserved from above
2 teaspoons chopped jalapeño peppers* (optional)
2 teaspoons lime juice

*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix until well blended.
