Mommy's Greek Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwiches
Sophie and Katherine think this is the best way to use up Thanksgiving leftovers!
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pound carved turkey |
| 1 | cup mashed potatoes |
| 1 | cup Mommy's Greek Stuffing |
| 1/2 | cup turkey gravy |
| 1/2 | cup cranberry sauce |
| 1/2 | cup feta cheese |
| 8 | slices fresh bread |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil and spread out in a workspace in front of you.
- Place one slice of bread on each piece of foil.
- On each slice of bread, place about 1/4 pound of carved turkey.
- Pour about 1/8 cup of turkey gravy on top of each turkey sandwich.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes on each sandwich.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of Mommy's Greek Stuffing on each sandwich.
- Spread about 1/8 cup of cranberry sauce on each sandwich.
- Spread about 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese on each sandwich.
- Place a second slice of bread on top of each sandwich.
- Wrap each sandwich in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
