We all know that exercise is important--in fact, it is vital.Everyone's schedule is different. That leads many of us to exercise at different points in the day. However, do you ever wonder if it's better to exercise at one time of the day versus another? If you do, it turns out you're not the only one. Enough people have wondered about this to generate some answers.
It doesn't really make a huge difference to a lot of people who use gyms. But what if you're trying to be just a teeny bit greener by using the great outdoors as your source of exercise? Does running outside benefit you more or less depending on the time of the day?
Many people swear that running in the morning is the way to go. They report that their heart rate is more consistent and that it jump starts their metabolisms. Some people even say that working out in the morning, before eating breakfast, will help you to lose weight because it forces your body to burn stored fat.
On the other hand, those who prefer running at night say that they sleep much more soundly.
The truth?
It appears as though, through my research, that working out when you're most motivated is what is best. Everyone has a different schedule and body cycle. However, one thing is for sure:running outdoors during warm months is a great way to exercise without using up the energy that machines at the gym require.
