Morning quickie workouts are a great way to get the blood flowing, kick start that metabolism, burn a few calories, and energize your body out of bed! The fact that it's a totally green, and requires no equipment, gear, electricity, battery, or even clothes makes it even better! You can actually get a full-body cardio and resistance workout in bed. This one hones in on arms, but definitely gets your heart going and your body heated. Consider that "I don't have time to work out" excuse negated. Now stop reading and start working out!
