INGREDIENTS
| 1 | container (15 ounces) reduced-fat ricotta cheese |
| 1 | container (15 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese |
| 3 | tablespoons sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 1/2 | teaspoon lemon extract |
PREPARATION:
- Place both cheeses, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
