INGREDIENTS

1 container (15 ounces) reduced-fat ricotta cheese
1 container (15 ounces) fat-free ricotta cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

PREPARATION:

  1. Place both cheeses, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
