|One 1-pound bag navy beans, soaked overnight|
|1 large onion, cut up|
|1 ham bone for seasoning|
|2 beef boullion cubes|
|2 teaspoons dried savory|
|1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash (more or less to taste)|
|2 tablespoons olive oil|
|2 cans whole potatoes, drained|
- Mix all of the above ingredients, except canned potatoes, in a crockpot. Add enough water to cover ingredients by about 1 inch. Cook on low setting, until beans are tender.
- Add canned potatoes and cook an additional 20 minutes. Serve this hot and hearty meal in bowls. Great for cold winter weekends.
