Baked Potato – North Dakota Style

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes
Optional Toppings: Butter, Sour Cream, Melted Cheese, Shredded Cheese, Chili, Bacon
Special Ingredient: Sunflower Nuts

PREPARATION:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Once washed and dried place potatoes, pierce each potato 2-3 times with a fork or knife.
  3. Place potatoes on cooking sheet and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  4. If potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork, they’re ready to eat. Load them up with the toppings of your choice and enjoy.
